Pet life savers against mange

Monday, April 13th, 2009

My second week at Q-Based Healthcare was really interesting.  I got to participate and watch many demonstrations on how our products actually work. I’ve listen to many of our customers express their joy of how  our products helped them relieved their  itching and promoted healing of their skin. They mentioned how our  De-Stroy Pest Control Eco-Dust helped them get rid of many pest such as bed bugs, ants, scabies mites, lice, and even fleas. I’ve also listened to many pet owners call and purchase more products for their pets. They were saying how they love to give their pets Mighty Vites to help boost their cat’s or dog’s immunity. Other pet owners mentioned about how our products saved their pet’s life from mange to staph infection or even ringworm. It’s a good feeling to know that Q-Based is a place to turn to for help with each one of these issues and more.  I once had a Doberman pincher name Titan. When I first got him the Vet told me he had Mange, Worms, and Staph. I bought everything from medicated shampoo to prescription medicines. It literally cost me hundreds of dollars. I got rid of the worms. I was still battling the Staph and Mange problems. I couldn’t afford to take care of  Titan anymore or even bring him around my kids. I eventually had to give him away to a loving couple.  I told them of the problem he had and gave them the medicine  and shampoo I still had left. If  I had known of  PetsBestRx products before, Titan would still be a part of our family. I would have treated him with the Pet’sBestRx products and saved a ton of money. I’ve recently purchase the Pet’sBestRx Pet Wash for my yorkie. It not only help  soften his coat it helped in getting rid of  fleas and other bacteria.  He even smells great. The Pet Wash can not be used on cats. It is safe and non- toxic for dogs and safe for humans to touch. I also have a bottle of the  healing and protection spray. The PetsBestRx Healing and Protection Spray is a powerful antibacterial spray that creates a barrier to protect the skin and coat against infections and ringworm. I used the spray to protect my yorkie and prevent him from bringing anything near my kids. I’m glad to now be a part of the Q-Based family.

Pine Oil and Cats

Thursday, February 19th, 2009

More people have been asking about the pine oil dosage in our PetsBestRx Sulfinex cream. This was written by the President of Q-Based Healthcare, Joseph Marquardt, addressing the concerns of our customers.

“We here at Pets’BestRx are greatly concerned about the safety of our veterinary products, for cats in particular as they have very sensitive systems.

It has been determined by various Veterinary agencies that the toxic dose for pine oil, when ingested, to cats and dogs is 0.5 – 1.1 ml per pound of body weight and lower amounts may cause serious damage.  The average year old cat weights approx 5 pounds( and some are much larger) so this would mean the minimum toxic dose to be around 2.5 ml.  There are approx. 50 doses in a 2 oz. jar for Sulfinex when applied to a cat.  Each dose of Sulfinex contains approx. 0.024 ml of pine oil or less than 1.0% of the minimum toxic dose. Remember the above assumes direct oral ingestion into the GI tract.

Pets’BestRx has treated thousands of dogs and cats for mange and ringworm and we know of no reported cases of pine oil poisoning since we developed our Sulfinex cream nearly 3 years ago.  We believe that Sulfinex when properly applied, per our regimen, has proven to be very safe to use even for cats and the benefits of micro doses of pine oil far outweigh any potential harm.”

We have written our regimens for pet ringworm and pet mange to explain that the PetsBestRx Sulfinex is to be applied to the skin very ligthly. It also states the excess cream that may get on the fur should be wiped off with a cloth or papertowel that could be thrown away. We normally suggest holding your cat and rubbing the cream into the spot for at least a minute to make sure all of the cream is absorbed in the skin and cannot be ingested by your cat if he or she chooses to lick the cream. Another suggestion that we have is to purchase a cone collar to put on your pet for about an hour after ringworm or mange treatment because it is natural for them to want to lick the area. Your pet’s safety is our main concern.

Vet treatments that do not work.

I wanted to share a new testimonial that we received from one of our customers. As the Customer Service Manager at Q-Based Healthcare, I am so happy my team is able to help customers with cat ringworm everyday. It makes for a very rewarding career. Here is what she wrote.

“Just wanted to let you know our story regarding a kitten we received from a Humane Society here in Washington State.

We brought this kitten home and noticed within a week a skin problem by her ear. We originally thought she had scratched herself, but as the week went on we realized that there was something wrong. We couldn’t get her into the veterinary clinic until Monday and by the end of the weekend we knew we had a problem. Monday, the veterinarian confirmed that she had ringworm. She sent us home with topical medication, and told us that we needed to get an oral medication also that had to be received from a compund drug pharmacy in our town. The visit to the veterinary came to a total of $17.92. The vet didn;t charge us for the office exam.

We came home and started the topical medication, and by Wednesday we had the oral medication, which came to $76.11, and gave it to our kitten. Yes, it helped, but new spots continued to come. We ordered a refill of the oral medication, another $76.11, and also went to the vet clinic and purchased another $17.92 in topical medication.

At this point, we were getting pretty concerned as it was spreading quite rapidly. I got on the internet and found your company and my husband said to order whatever. So, I ordered RW Super Pk for Small Breed Cats at the cost of $72.20 which included the postage. The day before Thanksgiving we received our order and started it right away. We could see a difference within two days! We continued the treatment and she was totally cleared of her ringworm in about 10 days. Fantastic!

I have also ordered XTREME CLEEN and I am cleaning as much of the house as possible. We have a grown daughter that has an immune disease and it is a concern of hers and ours that she doesn’t get ringworm as it could have a very harmful affect on her.

Thanks for your product. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. Wish we has known about it before we spent $188.06 on medication that didn’t do too much good. ”

This was sent to us from Andrea T. in Edgewood, WA.

Mange Immunity Booster

Friday, January 2nd, 2009

Mange is a very serious topic to talk about. The majority of our calls are from pet owners about mange. When I hear pet owners talk about mange, it makes my heart go out to them. As we know, our pets are a part of our family and our best friend. So when our pets get sick, you can feel their pain as if they were your child. They are part of our family. If your pet has Mange, their immune system is usually very low and they may have to fight other illnesses such as staph infections while also dealing with a mange mite infestation, so we have a product that helps to give your pet strength and can be used for cats and dogs, it is called PetsBestRx Mighty Vites. It is better known as a defense immune booster vitamin against sickness. We take pride when our pets are out going and active and very healthy. When taking these mighty vites, you can rest assured that the pet is on the way to recovery. I tell all of my customers about mighty vites especially when their pet has mange. Just to let you know the mighty vites is not just for mange it is used for any type of sickness or as a daily supplement to build the immun system or regain the luster in your pet’s coat. Our product is safe and  has natural.  One common cause of a lowered immune system in dogs or cats is stress.  Unlike people they can’t tell us what they are feeling.  This product can also help with toenail growth and with the bones tissue and other things.  I like this product because your dog can be less than 20 pounds and still use this product.  It also has different vitamins in it that can help with growth.  We all want our pets to be healthy and grow old. Besides our Mighty Vites, we do have other products that work for mange or on other types of sicknesses or diseases. Especially our pet wash, it can be used if the pet has a smell or just to heal sores.  Watch and see how your dog would love the petwash. Even though they can’t talk, they respond to the pet wash really well. We are not veterinarians, however we do have several vets that use our products for treatment, mainly we love to educate people and help with trouble shooting tips. We ask that you give our products an honest try and within seven days of receiving the products give us a call so we can see how the pet is responding to the products.
