You can try to take necessary precautions to avoid your dog getting ringworm. However, if your dog comes into contact with ringworm spores from scratching on the ground or playing with other infected pets.

We do offer our PetsBestRx Pet Wash. This product is only for the use on dogs, are on other larger animals. It should not be used on cats or other delicate animals. It is harder for their bodies to break down the ingredients in the Pet Wash. You can use this product by washing your pet once or twice per week. This will also depend on how often you have bathed your pet in the past and also if they have come in contact with any infected pets. The PetsBestRx Pet Wash would be able to wash the fungus spores off of the skin and fur of your dog. It will not strip the fur but leave it rejuvenated and more manageable.

The PetsBestRx Healing and Protection Spray is applied to the coat by squeezing a little bit of it on your finger tips and apply it to the coat. This product can be used all over the fur daily. One product we offer to treat your home for ringworm is our PuraCleenRx Xtreme Cleen. This is a concentrated disinfectant cleaner that can be diluted for spraying, mopping and laundering. This product should be used in conjunction with your regular washing detergent.

The other product we offer to ringworm in your home is our PuraCleenRx Disinfectant Spray. This is a ready to spray hospital grade disinfectant that can be used all over the home to treat for ringworm spores. Both of these products are fungicides. The PuraCleenRx Disinfectant Spray can be used on furniture, bedding and carpeting as well as a hard surface disinfectant. Both of these products are pleasant smelling and are not overbearing.
