Can your mange products be used on other animals?

Our mange products can be used on other animals other than cats and dogs. Some other animals that our products can be used on are birds, hamster, gerbils and rabbits. For these smaller and more delicate animals you need to use our cat mange regimen.

For your larger animals like cattle, horses, and sheep they should use the dog mange regimen. We do offer our PetsBestRx Pet Wash, Mitactin Spray and Sulfinex Cream for the treatment of mange on dogs or larger animals. To treat mange you would first use the Pet Wash and then you would need to alternate the Mitactin Spray and the Sulfinex Cream every other day to treat for the mange mites on your pet. The Mitactin Spray and the Sulfinex Cream are used lightly only to the affected areas. They do not require rinsing. If there is a septic smell present, this is a sign of a secondary infection or staph infection. When treating a dog with staph you need to first wash your pet with the PetsBestRx Pet Wash for five straight days or until the septic smell is no longer present.

Our mange products are completely safe and nontoxic. If your pet happens to lick the product it may cause a stomach ache as if they were licking soap or toothpaste. If you rub the products completely into the skin; this will leave no left-over products on the skin for your pet to lick.
